Successful opening of Hongseong-gun Multicultural Festival &

Encouragement Show for Vietnamese people in Korea

Presented a local festival that can be felt with various cultural senses

Hongseong-gun Multicultural Family Support Center opened ‘the 3rd Hongseong-gun Multicultural Festival and Encouragement Show for Vietnamese people in Korea ’at Hongseong-gun office’s Yeoha jeong Pavilion on last 3rd.

In celebration of this year’s 22nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Vietnam, an encouragement show was held during which immigrants and their families were motivated with energy and courage.

The event started off with multicultural festivals and it comforted immigrants’ homesickness through events like reunion with families in Vietnam and guest performances by Vietnamese singers and comedians.

Especially for this encouragement show, high level officials, such as Nguyen Man dong Vietnam Deputy Ambassador and Vuong Duy Bien Vietnam Female Union’s Vice President made a visit and strengthened friendly relations between two countries.
